SHIPPING POLICY

Coastrail Outdoor knows you can’t wait for that delivery truck to pull up with all your new goodies. We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 1- 2 days for order processing.

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. 

 

Processing Time

It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

Delivery Time

Due to the increase within delivery carriers expect fewer updates/ or no movement at all until they reach your local delivery location. Delivery is expected within 5-10 business days of order shipped.

 * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Carrier

Packages will arrive to your door via UPS / USPS / Fedex / Amazon, etc.

We have several warehouses in US. We work closely with logistics providers to improve the highest quality delivery service.

Supplement

Your items will be shipped from the nearest US local warehouse that stocks the item you ordered. We offer free shipping for orders to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska.

Shipping Fee

Free delivery in the contiguous US, but please notice that the the taxes will be charged extra.

Tax is not included in the price, there will be an extra charge
